Banco BTG Pactual takes the accolade for the best-performing bank among Brazil’s largest lenders, supported by the highest increase of pre-tax profits among peers.
The bank is first-in-class across several metrics, including profitability, asset quality, return on risk, soundness and leverage. BTG Pactual, a key player across the whole Latin America region, reported significant growth in key business lines despite a challenging year in capital markets.
