Dedicated client service teams were given the task of identifying and targeting customers and assembling a suite of bank products and services to address their individual needs.

Bank Mandiri has also continued to place a sharp focus on improving overall customer service levels and it is now ranked second in the industry, according to survey results, rising from 11th place two years earlier.
