Its IRP portal solution enables clients to contribute and organise document exchange via a dedicated ExtraNet. This initiative was driven by clients and has successfully met the ever more sophisticated needs of financial institutions.

Testament to the house’s market power was its win of an additional mandate to provide retail investment trust administration, custody and investor services to the recently merged F&C and ISIS Asset Management.

Jacques-Philippe Marson, CEO at BNP Paribas securities services, says: “This achievement confirms that corporate values are of paramount importance to succeed in business life. Our client focus and excellence values have been the guiding principles for both strategic and day-to-day business relationship with our clients. Beyond ideas and concepts, these values need to be put into practice to create a symbiotic relationship with our clients. In short, we walk the talk when dealing with clients by acting pro-activity whenever possible.”
